Information you provide

The application requires your first and last name, business name, email, phone number, a brand website or social media profile link, and project details.

How RemoteCD uses it

RemoteCD uses this information to review service fit, follow up about your request, operate and protect the application process, improve the experience, and meet applicable legal obligations. RemoteCD does not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We count page views and application or checkout actions on this site. Basic reports use the page path, referring website, campaign tags, browser and device type, and approximate country or region. They do not store your IP address, full browsing URL, form answers, or an identifier for you. Browser loads that do not reach our collector are not counted.

If you allow optional measurement, we also use random first-party identifiers to count visitors and sessions. The session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; the visitor identifier expires after 90 days of inactivity. Declining or withdrawing permission removes these identifiers from your browser. Detailed analytics events are kept for up to 400 days and are visible only in the owner’s private dashboard.

Marketing measurement

Meta measurement loads only after you choose “Allow measurement.” When enabled, RemoteCD may send page views, funnel milestones, consultation checkout clicks, and limited campaign parameters such as UTM values or a Facebook click identifier. Contact details, payment information, website information, and free-text application responses are not sent to Meta.

You can use the privacy notice, the choice beside the application form, or the controls below. You can browse, apply, and book with optional measurement off. Global Privacy Control signals are honored by keeping optional visitor and marketing measurement off.

Booking and payments

When enabled, paid call bookings use Cal.com and Stripe. The booking calendar loads automatically when you visit the booking page. These providers collect the contact, scheduling, and payment information needed to complete your booking. RemoteCD does not receive your full card number. Project payment buttons, when provided, open Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Service providers and retention

RemoteCD may use hosting, form-delivery, email, spreadsheet, scheduling, security, and consented analytics providers to operate the service. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. Consented campaign attribution is stored in your browser for up to 90 days.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your application, or object to further contact. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal obligations.
